Workshops
Day/Time: Sunday, March 15th from 12pm - 1:30pm ET
Relationship OCD (ROCD) can create cycles of doubt, anxiety, and disconnection in a partnership. Intrusive thoughts, reassurance-seeking, and a need for certainty often leave couples unsure how to respond.
This 90-minute psychoeducational workshop offers a clear framework for understanding how ROCD operates in relationships. Grounded in Emotionally-Focused Therapy and evidence-based OCD treatment, we’ll explore how ROCD differs from normative doubt and how partners can respond in ways that support both exposure work, connection, and emotional safety.
The first hour is teaching, followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A.
This workshop is educational and does not constitute mental health treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
